Had several high end pieces framed with no real issues . But I did notice a slight attitude when asking questions but thought nothing of it . I went into pic up my items and Jane is standing there acting odd and says to me out of the blue " I don't want you as a customer!" . I was a bit caught off guard by the remark as I had not expected such a confrantation for no apparent reason . So she continued to act very strange . I asked what it was all about she did not have an answer . So I said no problem took my items and left . Save yourself the drama the lady has serious issues going on! Her prices after checking around are about as insane as she is .
Thankfully we had them done in time for our house warming party and we receive several compliments on the photos/their frames specifically. Very pleased and will be going back the next time we need work done.
I am VERY happy with my framing experience I received on my personal artwork and also two certificate frames. I was a little put off by the cost at first, but you get what you pay for, and these frames are FANTASTIC. The difference between throwing certificates in a frame from Target and getting them professionally framed is incredible. I also liked that I worked with Jane directly who was able to give me expert advice on selecting my frames and she even rang me up on a Sunday, when they are usually not open. A+ Quality and service!

Jane made signable photo mats for our high school cross-country banquet - they came out incredible! Highly recommend Jane's Frames!
We had several paintings and photos framed. I sent my boy friend to get our items framed and Jane worked with him to pick the best frames for our stuff. I was a little skeptical of the price but once the photos came back (we had to wait because Jane special ordered some stuff for us) I knew we got what we paid for. UV protective glass for our more delicate items and beautiful matching frames that enhance the paints and photos rather than compete with them.
