Panera seems to just be losing it's quality year by year. Today I visited the Franklin location and got handed an ice cold bowl of mac and cheese after waiting about 10 minutes for my name to be called. What was done in those 10 min if heating up my food wasn't part of it? It's disheartening to spend $11 on mac and cheese and a drink and have to wait on your lunch break to receive ice cold food. I guess they did me a favor because I won't be spending my money with this franchaise again.

I don't know, I mean, it's a nice place to chill and bang back a cup of coffee. The bread is good, sandwiches are expensive for the portion size. Bagals are good and the Tuesday bakers dozen deal is an extra good take.
