I've been banking at this branch for at least a decade. I've always found the staff very helpful.
Over the last several years Marie Yattara, and Lily Munoz have been exceptionally helpful with any issue that's come up, whether it's setting up tenant deposit accounts related to rental property, international banking issues, wiring funds, down to helping me straighten out issues related to my own mistakes (overdraft fees, because of a forgotten transfer and the like). I don't generally go out of my way to write reviews, but I'm always so impressed and happy with the level of service, that I felt compelled to. Great staff.
