We have been using the Pediatric Dental Group for several years and have had only the most positive experiences here. We get into appointments on time, the staff is friendly and treatments are thorough and relaxing for both children and parents!
Went in after taking kids for years to check on my sons teeth and get an opinion on proper development of adult teeth. I heard what she had to say and had further questions. The dentist was so rude she left while I was still asking a question and walked away. Add insult to injury she had the front desk call and ask me to consider visiting another office for future visits instead bc I apparently question her diagnosis. I had done no such thing was asking for clarification. My 7 year old asked upon leaving why the dentist was so rude. Speaks volumes about the practice and the dentists bedside manner. I would never recommend this practice.
I'd highly recommend The Pediatric Dental Group - friendly staff, no real wait time, extremely professional - but still fun and clean as a whistle!
I recently had a billing issue and Debbie was so helpful, professional and courteous. She took care of the problem quickly and followed up the same day to let me know it was resolved. Definitely two big thumbs up to this dental group!
My son has been going here for the past 3 years (he's 7 now) and we have always had a very good visit. They make him feel very comfortable and get us in and out in just the right amount of time. My son loves the small gift he gets to choose as we go out the door and he actually looks forward to the next visit.
We have been coming here for 4 years. All of the hygienists are patient and caring. Dr Katy is an amazing dentist. She’s so sweet and kind. My kids love her as well as her staff! The office is always very clean and they have a great, kid friendly waiting room. Coffee too! :) Highly recommend them!
My daughter had dental work done today and April and Malyssa made the experience extra special. They are great with kids there. The way they explained everything to her on a child’s level, it was awesome. It also put my mind at ease. They let her touch everything so she wouldn’t be scared. Best place ever!
