I sat in there for almost an hour while the dude who was very obnoxious and loud took other customers before me because I had a trade in and he didn't want to do it
The staff here is not knowledgeable, they know bits and pieces of only new games. Most of them lack the necessary experience to advise you. Plus they don't even know when shipments arrive.
Few places in this whole plaza are worth going to. But this is one of the few!
