The last time I used the UPS Store in Franklin I had a very delicate item to send to my sister. It was a quilt that had been made following the death of her daughter Bridget Marie Sanetti in the Station Nightclub Fire in Rhode Island. The quote had been constructed by her students from the Hillside Alternative School in Woonsocket. Her colleagues lovingly stitched the quilt together and had it framed beautifully. It was extremely large and very heavy as well as very fragile. Your company treated my quilt like it was the Hope Diamond. They wrapped it and mailed it and it was received by my sister and absolutely perfect condition. I am forever grateful to the kind, courteous and respectful care that your staff showed me. Customer service is pathetic, I went to return a item, they asked 1$ for a small piece of tape to seal the box, i went to another store and returned the package with out any issues
