Friendly, down-to-earth people who take pride in what they do. Bought a dozen roses for my daughter a full week ago and they still look great. Buying local has its advantages - like dealing with real people, and getting good quality products. I recommend them.
I placed an order on a Monday morning for delivery less than a mile away for my sister's birthday the following day. Every detail was covered during the 16 minute phone call. All details were repeated twice to make sure the woman on the phone had them accurately. I left both my sister's cell phone and my cell phone numbers. The flowers never arrived. I left two voice messages regarding the non-delivery without hearing back. On Saturday I was able to speak with a woman to explain my disappointment and she said she would look into it and call me back. I have yet to hear back from them two days later. I would rate them a zero but I had to enter 1 star in order for my review to post.
purchased our Christmas tree here BUt the BIGGEST plus is they sell locally produced honey. Which is great for our allergies and honey doesn't go bad. Love this place
A friend ordered flowers last week for thanksgiving, we never received them. They said that they tried a few times and they tried calling. Neither one was true. We had 11 people at our house and we didn't go anywhere between Wednesday afternoon thru Saturday evening. We didn't show any missed calls and they didn't leave any messages. Poor customer service. Don't use them!!
Great service! I asked if they could rush an order for me for my wife on very short notice. Not only did they get it done, my wife was thrilled with the arrangement. I had been using Winston's in the past however the last few orders were sub-par. Thought I would try local, glad I did!
