The new store is awesome! Nice to have the decorating center and hardware store together under one roof. The staff is great...very helpful when looking for that little piece that can't be found elsewhere. I've shopped at Aubuchon for twenty years. Very convenient and fair priced.
The Store is well put together, unfortunately they are trying to accommodate 2 entrances with the staff that can only only support one entrance. Three times (Yes 3 times) out of frustration I left my product on the cashier's counter and left the store because no one was in the vicinity to check me out. All I wanted to do was give them my money for the product. So I now go to Lowes although Aubuchon's is only 2 minutes from my house.
The employees are very friendly and nice, but can sometimes be a bit overbearing in their efforts to be helpful.
The store has what I'm looking for every time I go in.
The manager was rather unhelpful and seemed like he didn't want to be there. Might of just been having a rough day.
Ryan is great. He has helped me solve every single kind of conundrum you can imagine. From plumbing to carpentry, he's your man!
