I have been a patient twice of Bay State Physical Therapy, once for my neck and once for my shoulder. I can not say enough about the very capable and caring staff there. The therapists took their time to explain to me what I should and should not be doing in order to heal and to prevent further injury down the road. I would highly recommend them, and have done so, to any one in need of physical therapy.

I've been a patient at Bay State Physical Therapy on multiple occasions and there are many reasons I kept coming back. The therapists and staff there are second to none. They have a great way of making you feel at home from the initial evaluation to your, as they call it, graduation day. The biggest compliment I can give them is that no matter how hectic it seems to get in there they will go out of their way to make you feel like the only patient in the clinic. I have nothing but great things to say about Becca, Steph and Jenny. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my injury and what I was going to have to do to get better. Everything that I couldn't do 2 months ago I am now doing pain free. I can't recommend Bay State enough, if you yourself are injured or know someone who is injured this is the place to start your road to recovery. Thanks again Bay State!
I was fearful at first that my leg and back would not get better. After a few weeks of going to therapy my gait improved and so did my back . The therapists were professional, wonderful and knowledgeable. They showed immense concern for the patients and made you feel that you were part of the Bay State Family. I am now pain free and I would recommend them to all who need physical therapy. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine who is having excellent results too!.
