Learning how to use the defibrillator was something new - great experience to learn. Same with the Epi Pen.
Instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all questions honestly.
Enrolled in the CNA program in July 2015, and paid my tuition in full at that time. My class was postponed twice then finally cancelled, apparently they have a problem getting and holding onto State certified instructors in Ma. I was told at that time that it could take up to 30 days for the money to be put back into my account. Today, Oct.15 2015 is the 30th day, and guess what, the money has still not been put in my account. I spent most of my day trying to talk to someone at the academy's Franklin Ma. office, but my calls keep getting sent to another location. When I was lucky enough to talk to someone they would transfer me to someone else. I am through dealing with them, the Attorney General's office & Better Business Bureau will be notified in the morning and they can deal with it. If you are interested in becoming a CNA do your homework as I should have, there are plenty of facilities that will certify you for FREE.
Instructor kept the class light & fast paced, which I liked. My certification lapsed and it was great to re certify as so much has changed.
